There is a group of people tempered by decades of time, accompanying us side by side through ups and downs. They have weathered the hardest days and witnessed the company’s glorious growth together. They are our most beloved and respected colleagues. From their youthful prime, they joined hands and share a warm name: Gude People!

To honor the hard work of these senior frontline employees, a special Thanksgiving event was jointly held by the IC Plant and the Moral Lecture Hall at the company headquarters on the morning of November 23rd. Grateful for your company, thankful for you, walking together all the way.

From a small school-run factory to a modern large enterprise, old photos frame the youth stories of senior employees, serving as memories and testimony of their growth alongside Gude. Decades may seem fleeting; they have devoted their best years to Gude. Recalling the passion, drive and sweat of the past, they have countless stories to share about their time here.

The microphone passed between warm hands, friendship woven into tears as stories were told gently. Peng Juan, a family member from the Quality Department, spoke with a hoarse and tearful voice: “When I first came to Gude, I was confused and nervous. With the care of Manager He, Director Wu and other leaders, and the unity of my sisters, I found a sense of belonging here. I am grateful for the kindness the company and family members have shown me.” After speaking, she turned to wipe her tears and hugged the family member beside her tightly. Another family member from Quality, Ma Yinhua, said tearfully: “Our company is a big family, and our department is a united team with one heart. When issues arise, a word, a message or a glance is enough for us to understand each other. When difficulties come, supervisors and managers encourage us with care to rise to challenges and solve problems. I am thankful to Gude for bringing us together.” At this moment, gratitude becomes a bond linking everyone, making our friendship stronger through the years.

In 1992, 18-year-old Director Wu Weiping joined the company. He met Lu Zuping, who worked in QC, and got to know Zhao Linxing, Pan Xuefang and other family members from the Filial Piety Department. It feels like it was only yesterday. As the saying goes, “It takes a hundred years to share a boat ride.” Working together for decades in this company is both fate and blessing. We are thankful to Gude, where we have become brothers and sisters and grown side by side.

Although he has not been with Gude for very long, “a minor cold, a story of love” brought him to Gude. These are the heartfelt words of Zhang Wenqiang, Quality Director of the IC Packaging Division.

Gratitude stands for our devotion to our leaders and the warmth of walking side by side with family members over the years. Since 1997, from the prime of life to greying hair, he has grown alongside Gude and all family members present. Inheritance carries the pioneering spirit of the company’s first-generation employees. “Hardworking entrepreneurship, diligent management”, “Find excitement when facing difficulties”, “Practice filial piety 24 hours a day”, “Foreman is General Manager” — these are the Gude spirit we must uphold. We should remember hardships while cherishing present happiness, pursue high-quality development and build an enduring enterprise. Continuous reflection leads to continuous progress. Senior employees set an example for new colleagues, passing down fine traditions and skilled expertise, and forge ahead together with the company.
