At noon on August 9, the Jianyue, Renyi and Qiande Branches jointly launched the Loving Corner second‑hand donation event themed “Sustain the Life of Things, Pass Love On” at the Happiness Canteen on the third floor of the IC Factory. Let everyone do good and make the best use of every item. All pitched in to offer their humble share.

As time went by, more and more Good‑Ark family members joined in. Director Zhang and Manager Wu from the Family Culture Governance Center also supported the event by donating their spare items. A wide variety of goods were collected, including books, clothing, toys, electrical appliances and plush dolls, most of which were brand new.

At the venue, anyone could take items freely if they were truly in need. These small pre‑loved belongings, whether many or few, big or small, carry sincere love. Thank you all for your heartfelt and selfless contributions!

Some family members spotted items they needed and asked quickly: “I love this book. How much is it?” “I happen to need a notebook.” “This lamp looks nice.”

Amid pleasant surprise and laughter, volunteers told everyone that money has a price yet love is priceless. There was no need to worry about the value of the goods; the thought alone mattered. Delighted, the family members cherished their newly acquired “treasures”. Truly, something idle to you may be precious to someone else.

Volunteers from the branches carefully sorted and arranged all donated goods at the Loving Corner. Seeing the neat, refreshed corner filled them with a strong sense of pride.

This Loving Corner donation drive promotes resource reuse as well as the transmission of kindness. Bits and pieces of love will eventually converge into an ocean of love that embraces and warms us all. May this love keep circulating forever!
