In our childhood, most of us once had several special good friends. They were lovely yet quietly silent, accompanying us as we played, fell asleep and grew up. Have you guessed who they are? They are plush dolls, children’s closest companions.

Recently, a plush doll donation event themed “Charity Love Relay, Building a Doll Paradise” was held in the company’s Happy Dining Hall. One doll equals joy for one child. Though we can never return to our childhood, we may revisit those precious memories and pass on our love and kindness.

Our family members came one after another with all kinds of plush dolls. Rabbits, frogs, big bears, cats, puppies and foxes gathered together, turning the table into a little zoo! There were also many well-known cartoon characters such as Bing Dwen Dwen, Pokémon and Stitch. One can easily imagine how delighted those children will be when receiving these toys.

These dolls have been well kept by their owners; most remain at least 70% new. Several members brought so many that they carried them in bags. One shared: “My kid has grown up, and these toys would otherwise stay idle at home. It would mean the world if these dolls could become little ones’ new friends and bring them comfort and company.”

Volunteers sorted the dolls carefully and filled three whole boxes. All donated items will be handed over to Suzhou Little Red Riding Hood Volunteer Association. After cleaning and disinfection, they will be delivered to children in need. What Are Good-Ark Zener Diodes Used For?
