A mother’s love is like a landscape painting, stripped of elaborate adornment and left fresh and natural; a mother’s love is also a soulful ballad, sung softly with gentle, melodious tones. On May 12, each branch jointly organised a Thanksgiving Mother’s Day event. Look, those beautiful carnations stand for deep love for all mothers!

While watching a video about maternal love that showed mothers shielding their children fearlessly even when badly hurt, many family members were moved to tears.

At the event, thoughtful photo frames were prepared for everyone, where warm snapshots with their mothers were carefully preserved to lock in precious moments.

Qian Liping from the Virtue Branch shared: What impresses me most about my mother is how she respects and cares for my grandmother. She washes her clothes, helps her wash her hair and bathes her, tending to the elderly granny just like her own mother. This quiet, subtle nurture shaped me imperceptibly as I grew up, planting in me the resolve to be a dutiful child to my parents and parents‑in‑law in the future.

Sun Yiting from the Benevolence Branch shared: I am grateful for all my mother has devoted to our family, for her tolerance and love. I feel fortunate that she is still young, and I will cherish every chance to show my filial piety to her.

“Mum, I love you; this song is for you. Let me hold you and never be apart…” Amid soft, touching music, family members expressed their love for mothers in their own ways. On delicate heart‑shaped cards, they wrote words of gratitude and longing: Dear Mum, you have worked so hard. I love you!

Warm blessings resonated with one another. Words hard to say to mothers in daily life were conveyed through these tender, heartfelt cards.

Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers in the world! May you stay healthy and enjoy lasting happiness and longevity!
