Suzhou Gude has launched a 1A, 20-60V Schottky diode, packaged in a flattened flat pin iSGP, suitable for applications such as handheld devices, telecommunications, and automotive applications. The iSGP package meets the requirements of higher energy efficiency, lower thermal resistance, and smaller and thinner dimensions. This series of products adopts halogen-free design and meets the requirements of automotive grade (AEC-Q101) products.
