The warm winter sun rose slowly, its soft light streaming through the large glass windows of the Moral Lecture Hall into the bright, cheerful classroom. On December 20, more than ten leaders including Teng Youxi, General Manager, Lu Li, Senior Director of Family Culture Governance Centre, and Zhang Jian, Director of Corporate Culture Department, together with over thirty newly joined university graduates, gathered for the launch of the 【De-Dao New Talent Development Camp】.

After four months of careful planning and preparation, the first cohort of the development camp officially opened at the company’s Moral Lecture Hall. The 【De-Dao New Talent Development Camp】 was initiated with personal messages from the founder and built with full commitment by General Manager Teng and the senior management team. Middle and senior managers from various departments serve as internal instructors, forming a strong planning and delivery team. Targeting fresh graduates within their first year of employment, the camp helps young talents integrate into Good‑Ark, enjoy their time here and grow alongside the company. The Human Resources Department carefully prepared invitation letters and exquisite student handbooks for all participants and instructors.

At the opening ceremony, Chairman Wu, who was away on business, joined via video link to deliver encouragement and guidance to the trainees. He remarked, “If your intentions are right and you keep persisting, I firmly believe you will succeed.” He also expressed his hope to join the camp someday to share his own learning and career journeys. He wished the camp every success and hoped participants could gain true wisdom and knowledge to become outstanding members of Good‑Ark.

As the camp director, General Manager Teng shared lessons drawn from his own experience: “Persistence brings unexpected strength and rewards. Change starts right now; always go the extra mile.” Having grown from a technician to General Manager, he possesses rich experience in teaching and management. Drawing inspiration from *The Scroll Marked Two* by Og Mandino, he told the trainees that life is rarely smooth sailing. We should meet life and everyone around us with gratitude, cherish the beauty of the world, and purify our souls through loving giving.

For the icebreaker session, Chen Tianli, camp assistant, ran a lighthearted scavenger hunt that instantly livened up the room. Later, General Manager Teng and Manager Chen Xiangping delivered two sessions: “Get It Right from the Start” and “Company & Product Introduction”. With his unique perspective and abundant experience, General Manager Teng shared how to set off on the right foot and emphasised the spirit of “Just Do”. Manager Chen Xiangping introduced Good‑Ark’s product lines, features and advantages in detail. With vivid case studies and practical application scenarios, trainees gained deeper insight into our products while receiving a lesson rooted in love.

This marks only the beginning of the camp. Over the coming year, a full schedule of courses, activities and instructors will accompany the trainees on their growth journey. We believe these young participants will reap abundant gains within the Good‑Ark family, become better versions of themselves, thrive here, and build a brighter future hand in hand with Good‑Ark!
