On December 23, bathed in winter sunshine and breathing the fresh morning air, participants gathered with anticipation in the Moral Lecture Hall for the “2023 Good‑Ark Supreme Good Governance Talent Development & Lean Red Belt Review Session”.

Before crafting products, we nurture people; talent is the primary productive force. To continuously build the talent pipeline for the Supreme Good Governance System through the “Good‑Ark Spring Festival Gala Improvement Week”, numerous talents have emerged from the Power Device Packaging Division, IC Packaging Division and 4‑Inch Wafer Line Division over the five years since the launch of Supreme Good Governance. After written and practical assessments, together with comprehensive evaluation covering leadership, communication and problem‑solving capabilities, six outstanding associates were selected as Lean Red Belt holders.

Liu Changgen, Head of the Lean Office, explained the rules for the on‑site defence session.

These Lean Red Belt candidates demonstrated solid professionalism and communication skills throughout the review. Equipped with lean knowledge and practical know‑how, they can apply such skills flexibly to resolve real challenges for the company. Collectively, the six associates led 12 projects and submitted 138 improvement ideas. Their compelling case presentations won high recognition from the judges. “Turn inward • Benefit others” is far more than a slogan; it is rooted in their minds and carried out through actions.

Judges scored each presentation and delivered comments on the spot.

2023 Good‑Ark Supreme Good Governance Talent Development & Red Belt Review Session

The Founder, General Manager Teng and other leaders attended to encourage the participants. They remarked that this initiative serves as an effective way to lift corporate management standards, cultivate talents for Supreme Good Governance and fuel the sustainable growth of the enterprise.

It is believed that these Lean Red Belt holders will play an even greater role in future work and inject fresh momentum into the company’s sustainable development.
