- About us
On June 15, the fine drizzle of early summer drifted down like delicate silver threads. Amid this pleasantly cool and vibrant atmosphere, Good‑Ark Group officially launched its “Dawn · Metamorphosis Programme” training camp. At the venue, participants wore team uniforms, radiating resolve and anticipation with high spirits and full vigour.
“Great! Excellent! Even better! Getting better and better!” Loud chants echoed across the hall — a declaration of youth and an aspiration for the future. Named “Dawn · Metamorphosis”, this programme focuses on cultivating the Group’s talent pipeline for management, embarking on a journey of growth, breakthrough and transformation.
I. Shining Stars Make Their Entrance
At the opening of the camp, six teams stepped onto the stage and showed their strengths. Star Team: A single spark can start a prairie fire! Young Sprout Team: Sprouts surge upward, forged into sharpness at dawn! Aspiring Learners: Seek knowledge relentlessly, lead the way ahead! Star Fleet: United across generations, hand in hand; hone skills and emerge transformed! Wavebreakers: Set sail through waves, deliver solid performance! Variable Power Unit: Adapt flexibly, boundless energy!
Every team carries its own creed, and every slogan rings firm. They represent the future of Good‑Ark.
II. Messages and Sincere Expectations from Leaders
Mr. Wu Wenhao, President and Chairman of the Group, shared two guiding management philosophies: “See the strengths in everyone” and “Age lies in the heart”. Chairman Wu also shared his personal story: “Looking at you reminds me of myself ten years ago. Back then I worked on sensors at Minghao without systematic training, growing in a rugged way. You are fortunate today to have this platform offered by the Group, where your efforts will be seen.”
Mr. Zhou Xinshan, Deputy General Manager of Suzhou Jingyin New Materials, a subsidiary of the Group, remarked that this platform helps individuals improve capabilities while fostering team spirit. Ms. Lu Li, Director of Human Resources and Culture of the Group, explained the original intention behind the camp: You are the morning sun of Good‑Ark, the spring warmth, our finest April day.
III. Teamwork and Boundary-Pushing Challenges
If the opening ceremony marked the prelude to breaking the ice, the interactive sessions that followed became a true melting pot. Games such as “Fruit Matching” and “Step Up Higher” embedded collaboration into every relay and coordination. Hand in hand, amid the greetings of “Nice to meet you” and cheers of “Come on!”, we wove trust into a rope and forged the team into steel — the burning passion of youth.
“Left hand holds right hand, nice to meet you!” At the host’s command, unfamiliar participants turned toward one another, gently placed a hand on each other’s shoulder and said sincerely: “You are outstanding; I admire you.” Some blushed, some laughed aloud, yet everyone listened carefully — admiration is no empty courtesy; it means leaning in and seeing the light in others.
“Jump left! Jump right!” As the music burst forth, the whole venue turned into an ocean of leaping people. Some mixed up their limbs, some stepped on others’ feet, yet nobody complained. “This is not a contest; it is about feeling the team’s rhythm,” the coach smiled and said. “Just like at work: some excel at planning, others at execution. Only in unison can we go far.”
“Rapid 60 Seconds” ignited sparks of thinking, while “F1 Car Challenge” sparked creative inspiration. From fast-paced mental races to imaginative team car building, we responded to challenges with our motto: “Adapt flexibly, boundless energy.”
The liveliest activity was undoubtedly the Creative Auction. Each team designed concept cars using limited supplies including cartons, coloured paper and ribbons, and bid with Good‑Ark Coins on site. Teams bid fiercely over a sheet of coloured paper. In the end, one group won the materials by offering balloons plus playful calls of “Handsome guy!”; everyone joked that it was a rehearsal for real business negotiations.
The “Warrior Sports Car” by Speed Team drew the most attention: a purple body painted with lightning bolts and a mirrored logo. The spokesperson for Flying Fleet proclaimed to their creation: “This car can carry Grandma and outrun an F1 driver!” bringing roars of laughter across the room.
The “New Ferrari Grocery Warrior” was even more hilarious: its rear compartment could hold two pigs, three cabbages and a mother‑in‑law constantly reminding you to spend less; orders required an approval form signed by the wife. It wove everyday warmth together with the ritual of work.
When our hand‑built “battle vehicles” roared off to “battle”, and when teamwork turned impossibility into reality, we understood: to break new ground in youth is to dare to imagine and strive, and above all, to walk side by side!
IV. A Moment of Glory, Heading toward the Stars

After fierce competition, the Blue Team claimed first place with the highest total score. Group leaders presented awards to the champion team, while the whole venue chanted: “Is Good‑Ark amazing? Yes! Is it brilliant? Yes!”
V. Emerge as Butterflies; The Future Arrives

This day wove sweat and laughter together, where wisdom collided with passion. Youth blooms in this prosperous era, and now is the time for striving. Good‑Ark’s future is the vast journey we travel hand in hand; the key to breaking through lies within every collaboration and every step forward. May we carry this enthusiasm from the outward‑bound activities, and with the power of “a single spark that can start a prairie fire”, write our own blazing legends aboard the Good‑Ark vessel!
Dear Good‑Ark family, let us set off for the next chapter!
