Spring breeze brings warmth and all things renew. On March 12, Suzhou Good-Ark was filled with warmth, as the 1st Suzhou Good-Ark Tai Chi (Rhythmic Tai Chi) Competition grandly kicked off.

Centered on the theme “Tai Chi in Me, Light for the World”, this competition is not only a wonderful showcase of the group-wide Tai Chi learning outcomes from 2025, but also a beautiful declaration for all Good-Ark members stepping into 2026, internalizing corporate culture in heart and practicing it in action.

I. Rhythmic Tai Chi: A Melody, and a Cultivation of Mind

Xing Qilin: 4th-generation inheritor of the Li-style Tai Chi, a World Intangible Cultural Heritage, Founder of Tianzhen Garden, Principal of Tianzhen Culture Training School, and Director of Tianzhen Tai Chi Culture Research Institute.

Mr. Xing was specially invited to deliver a keynote session titled Rhythmic Tai Chi and Emotions. Rooted in traditional culture and integrated with modern wisdom, the lecture brought a spiritual purification for all Good-Ark family members.

He systematically explained the correspondence between the “Seven Emotions” and the Five Zang Organs, emphasizing that excessive emotions harm the internal organs. Tai Chi practice, through gentle, smooth movements together with the five pentatonic tones — Gong, Shang, Jue, Zhi and Yu, helps regulate emotions, balance Yin and Yang, nurture the mind and strengthen the body.

The session also included immersive experiences of different styles of music, letting family members intuitively feel how melodies nourish and impact the body and mind.

At the highlight of the event, Mr. Xing presented the song Enlightening Virtue composed exclusively for Good-Ark, with permanent usage rights granted to Suzhou Good-Ark. Chairman Wu accepted this precious gift on site.

Spring wind caresses the world with warmth, true love builds our heart home;

Care flows like water, nurturing tender sprouts; virtue shines like light, moistening our souls…

The whole audience learned and sang together. The song embodies Good-Ark’s over 30 years of entrepreneurship and its family culture, becoming an emotional bond connecting every family member. The issuance of the authorization certificate marks that this Good-Ark anthem has officially become part of the company’s cultural DNA.

II. Graceful Postures Showing the Elegance of Good-Ark

Knowledge is the beginning of practice; practice is the fulfillment of knowledge. After the lecture, the exciting competition officially began.

First to take the stage were the “Rhythmic Tai Chi Seed Instructors”. As department trainers, they set a professional and passionate tone for the contest with neat movements and emerging verve.

Then 14 teams from various departments took turns to perform. From manufacturing frontlines to digital intelligent operations, family members in loose attire fully expressed the essence of Rhythmic Tai Chi: “relaxed, soft, slow and even”.

On the stage, we saw both the earnest focus of beginners and smooth, superb performances. Seven professional judges scored rigorously across movement, rhythm, presence and other dimensions. Scores were revealed immediately after each team’s performance, accompanied by continuous applause and cheers. In the end, the 3rd Manufacturing Department claimed the championship with outstanding performance.

III. Global Linkage: Lighting Up the Global Tai Chi Map

Coinciding with the first International Tai Chi Day, the event hosted the Global Tai Chi Practitioners Handprint Map Lighting Ceremony.

Chairman Wu, Mr. Xing and other leaders stepped onto the stage together, pressing their palms onto the handprint installation symbolizing Tai Chi spirit. With the countdown from the audience, a giant Tai Chi handprint descended on the screen and lit up the coordinate of Suzhou Good-Ark.

Meanwhile, family members scanned the QR code to join the global community of 104,000 Tai Chi lovers. At this moment, Good-Ark became a bright star in the global Tai Chi network, witnessing the light of health, wisdom and happiness that Tai Chi brings to humanity.

IV. Shining Toward the Future, Unifying Knowledge and Action

Chairman Wu delivered a speech and elaborated on “the unity of knowledge and action”: “Tai Chi is the best way to integrate culture with our body. When ‘eyes follow hands, mind follows Qi’, we gain not only health but also improved work efficiency. Tai Chi serves as an important carrier for us to share sage culture with the world.”

Afterwards, the seed practitioners were formally appointed as department instructors for Rhythmic Tai Chi. Each appointment certificate stands for honor and responsibility. Like sparks, they will spread Tai Chi culture across departments and guide more family members to experience the harmony of body and mind.

In the spring breeze of the Bingwu Year of the Horse, the 1st Suzhou Good-Ark Tai Chi (Rhythmic Tai Chi) Competition came to a successful close. This is more than a contest. It is an immersion in culture, a purification of body and mind, and a bond for team unity.
