"Good! Very good! Excellent! Getting better and better!"

Amid the youthful responses growing louder and louder, a nine-month growth adventure reached its most brilliant closing moment this spring of 2026.

This is not a solemn meeting room, but a huge youthful energy field called the "Dawn · Breaking the Cocoon Program". 37 "high-potential talents" from all over the country and different departments, with sweat and laughter, have jointly compiled a thick memory album about transformation and friendship.

Now let’s open it together and discover the sparkling stories hidden inside!

I. Kick-off! Gathering, 37 Shining "Seeds"

Let’s turn back to the early summer of 2025.

"From 51 seed candidates, we have finally selected 37 partners to officially join the camp!" The host spoke with great pride. These 37 "Cocoon-Breaking Youths", spanning semiconductors, new materials, frontline production and functional back-office teams, stepped into this wonderful training camp with curiosity, expectation and perhaps a little nervousness.

Centered on two core pillars: Leadership and Professional Competence, plus four themes — Role Awareness, Work Management, Team Management and Organizational Strategy — this thought-provoking and heartwarming journey began. 12 online courses, 10 in-person practical sessions, 16 special assignments, 6 action themes… The numbers may seem plain, yet behind them are countless post-work discussion nights, sudden sparks of inspiration amid mind collisions, and the quiet shift from "What should I do?" to "Let’s do it together."

"Training is a disguised pay rise!" One mentor’s remark ignited the whole venue. See, the company’s investment in young people is so down-to-earth and full of expectations!

II. Blossom! Five Teams, Five-Hued Spectrum of Youth

The closing presentation stage is their exclusive "Avenue of Stars". The five groups are like five distinct beams of youthful light, weaving the most touching picture.

(1) Five-Pointed Star Team

They are true action-takers who dived deep into a cost-reduction practical project. Guess what? They cut the procurement cost of pure water scale inhibitor by 35.29%! From "finding the right position" to "stepping into the role", they turned classroom tools into their reliable skills. "Gathered, we are a blazing fire; scattered, we are stars filling the sky!" — this is their coolest declaration for the future.

(2) Qinghe Team

 They are the atmosphere boosters of the whole event. Members cover all positions, each with a unique growth keyword: "Embrace Change", "Emotion Management", "Win-Win Cooperation"... Listening to their sharing is like wandering around a vibrant youth idea market. In the end, they narrowly won and took home the Peak Team trophy! Indeed, joy and strength can go hand in hand!

(3) RuiXue Camp

They took on the toughest challenge, tackling an ongoing quality project. Using practical tools including 5W1H and fishbone diagrams, they successfully reduced the recurrence rate of this issue to zero! They learned empathy through sand-table simulation and gained self-awareness in the OH-Card activity. As they put it: "Management is not a solo fight; it is progress together as a team." Truly inspiring!

(4) StarSail Team

Starting from the classic pain point of cross-department communication, they brainstormed and finally delivered a framework for the Meeting Management Regulation. Team member Shen Yixiao boldly advocated AI adoption: "The AI tsunami is already here; we cannot keep picking shells on the beach!" He called for embracing the future with "proactive initiative". These dreamers carry light in their eyes and passion in their hearts.

(5) Variable Resistance Team

They studied staffing and position setup and raised a soul-searching question: Is a position a canvas for growth, or a restricting box? They believe talents should not be mere parts filling boxes, but evolve alongside their roles. "We define the company’s future!" Team Leader Fu concluded with cool, powerful words, winning rounds of applause and laughter.

III. Kudos! Highlight Moments, Medals for Every Striver

The most exciting part is always the awards ceremony!

"Cocoon-Breaking Star" the highest individual honor, was awarded to Tang Zhiyuan, Sheng Maoshuo and Pang Zhenzhen. As the representative, Tang Zhiyuan from Manufacturing Department III said sincerely: "Who you walk with matters more than the destination you head for." This honor is recognition, and also the starting line for the next journey.

"Peak Team" trophy was finally claimed tightly by Group 2, Qinghe Team . Their victory stands as the best testament to team wisdom and vitality.

Cups of tea were presented to the mentors who guided them along the way; bows were made to thank all selfless contributors.

IV. Messages Ahead: Lights in the Distance, Roads Underfoot

Mentor Mr. Huang’s message: "Inherit, innovate, achieve win-win results, shift from individualism to team spirit!"

Ms. Cheng witnessed the transformation of participants and said emotionally: "Watching you grow from feeling helpless to speaking confidently, this is the most beautiful look of growth."

Mr. Xu shared the "721 Rule":70% comes from practical experience, 20% from mentors, 10% from courses. He encouraged everyone that after building capabilities, they should also cultivate strong inner aspiration, and march toward broader horizons together with outstanding teams.

Chairman Wu delivered a warm and insightful sharing. He admitted that he keeps learning continuously, and unveiled the company’s exciting grand vision: "10 billion sales in three years, 100 billion market value in five years!" "The brilliant future of the company is waiting for you here to strive for, create and realize together!"

Meanwhile, he reaffirmed the family motto of "Seek Within, Be Altruistic", encouraging everyone to manage themselves well, stand firm, and forge ahead side by side with the company toward glory.

V. No Farewell! Our Story Continues…

Before the camera, a youthful shout froze all smiles. In the photos, some jumped up, some made big victory signs, and stars sparkled in everyone’s eyes.

This is not an ending. As they put it, it is a semicolon; the next chapter of youth has just begun. Those late nights spent together, tough challenges overcome, milk tea shared, friendships gained and wisdom accumulated will become the strongest armor and warmest foundation in the days ahead.

What is youth?

It is the courage to dare to dream and act, the trust of fighting side by side, the radiance of breaking the cocoon and emerging as a butterfly, and the boundless possibility of believing that we define our own future.

This youth memory album named "Breaking the Cocoon" has wrapped up its first season perfectly.
