For more than four years since Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics Co., Ltd. started building itself as a model of a Happy Enterprise, we have actively explored a Chinese-style management model centered on the "Family Culture". Remarkable progress has been made in developing the eight-module system for the Happy Enterprise framework. Thousands of enterprises and organizations have visited us to learn from our practices. Our initiative has attracted widespread attention and positive recognition from the business community and academic circles both at home and abroad. At the very beginning of the Happy Enterprise project, Chairman Wu Nianbo adopted an open, selfless and altruistic mindset, hoping to inspire more enterprises and groups to take up social responsibilities together. For this reason, all relevant documents, photos, videos and practical experience accumulated in building the Suzhou Good-Ark Happy Enterprise model have been shared free of charge with any enterprises, groups, institutions and individuals in need. We look forward to working hand in hand to improve employees’ well-being, build a harmonious society and dedicate ourselves to the public good.
