- About us
When cold winter calls for warmth, every little thing carries care. In the quiet early mornings and deep nights of the city, there is a group of people who work tirelessly without fanfare. They are sanitation workers, witnesses to the city’s sunrise and moonlight. With simple, steady efforts, they guard our home.
On the morning of December 20, Good‑Ark volunteers visited the temporary assembly point for sanitation workers in Tong’an Town. They handed out warm gloves, scarves, hand cream, licorice and ginger decoction and other supplies, bringing special care to frontline sanitation workers amid the cold winter.
A bowl of hot ginger tea, a token of love. Such small kindness warmed the sanitation workers through the winter. We thank them for their selfless dedication on ordinary posts. Though the biting wind makes people shiver, our hearts stay warm.
During the distribution, Manager Wu from the Family Culture Governance Centre and the volunteers chatted warmly with the sanitation workers, reminding them to wrap up warmly and stay safe in cold weather. Holding the winter gifts, the workers felt deeply touched, with happy smiles shining on their faces.
All year round, sanitation workers labour hard to beautify our hometown. Every improvement to the environment carries their effort and sweat. We call on all citizens to cherish the fruits of their labour, consciously keep public spaces clean, and pass on love and warmth through practical actions.
